The Lavender Dress is a machine-sewn, full-length sleeveless ballgown (c. 1956), in lavender and silver-grey brocade. It has a wide pleated collar, falling off the shoulders, a piped waistline and full gathered shirt to give the A-line effect. A stole, gloves, bag, and jewellery accessories would have been worn to compliment the dress.

The Sheer Gown is a full-length sleeveless 1950s ball gown, in sheer nylon fabric with floral pattern in blue grey, pink and white and grey rayon lining. A matching fabric cummerbund with horizontal pleats finishes the look. The A-line silhouette is achieved by the gathers in the skirt and multiple petticoats. A stole, gloves, bag, and jewellery accessories would have been worn to compliment the dress.
